Pastor Patrick has a natural charisma about him. Not the forced kind that makes you feel suspicious but an honest, humble desire to positively affect others' understanding of God's call for their lives. It's what has given him the drive to plant more than twenty churches across Rwanda.
Crazy how quickly time flies when you're busy. I've been thinking I just did a blog post on here. Turns out that was in January. Who would have thought!?
We've had a great term here at the EMI Canada office. Steve went on a project trip to Argentina, along with our two current interns. We've been adjusting well to new staff roles and new procedures, and we're as busy as ever.
Next month, we will send out two more project teams - one to Gulu, Uganda to work with World Embrace and one to Rwanda to work with Africa Harvest Mission / Africa Bright Future. I will be co-leading the Rwanda team, along with our Executive Director Greg Young, to design a secondary school on their new property near Kigali.
