Here's a short newsletter to close out 2013 for us.
God has continued to provide for us this past year. We are so thankful for those he has used so far to encourage us, support us and pray for us. He has surrounded us with some amazing friends and family. It would be impossible for us to forget the blessing these people have been.
The past few months have been incredibly fruitful. The two falls interns recently returned home from their eMi Canada internships. One is even coming back for a second term! It was exciting to see the spiritual and professional growth these two interns experienced during their time in our office. As the Intern Coordinator, Braden especially got to see and affect this growth on a weekly basis.
We are now looking forward to Braden's next eMi trip in February 2014. He will be travelling to The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) with Kevin and two new interns as part of a ten-member eMi team. Please pray for the logistics, safety and wisdom of all team members.
We have had a lot happening in our lives lately, both good and bad. Please see our blog to find out more!

A hand-made thank you card from one of the interns, just one example of how much we are blessed by them as well!
Support Raising Update
At this point in our support raising, we are in need of help from our supporters and partners more than ever.
In addition to the continuing need for prayer, we especially need:
- Financial support: another $2000 per month in pledges to get to full time
- Contacts/references: another 40 people to accomplish our financial goal - people who may be interested in learning more about and supporting our ministry with eMi outside of our existing contacts. This requires referrals from those we know already.
As always, we trust that God will provide what we need through the people in our lives. We ask that you please contact us if God is calling you to help us in either of these ways.
